These are Mobility Plus’ (“Mobility Plus”, “we” or “our”) Overall Return Guidelines applicable only to products purchased by you directly from the MobilityPlusOK.com website. All returns must meet the overall guidelines in order for the individual return policy to apply.
Extended Holiday Return Policy
We want to ensure your holiday shopping this year is hassle-free. That’s why we’re automatically extending our return policies on almost every product! For purchases placed between November 1st and December 24th, you will have until January 31, 2018 to return your product. There's nothing additional that you have to do!

Standard Return Policy
This is our Standard Return Policy. Items covered by this policy (those products for which Mobility Plus states "This item may be returned for a replacement or refund within 30 days only") must be returned to Mobility Plus within 30 days of the invoice date for this policy to apply.
Please review these special notes specific for your product:
· Opened or Unopened Sterile Items:
o We do not accept any returns on items that come in-contact with the body and/or sterile items. We want to protect the health of our customers and our employees. Because we cannot guarantee the environment that these items have been in, all sales are final for these products.
· Any product that is returned with markings or writing made by customer on the original packaging is not eligible for return.
Replacement Only Return Policy
Manufacturer Only Return Policy
This is our Manufacturer Only Return Policy. Items covered by this policy (those products for which Mobility Plus states "This item cannot be returned for a replacement or refund") cannot be returned to Mobility Plus. These products are covered by a Manufacturer Warranty which can be obtained by contacting the respective manufacturer for assistance after purchase. A list of manufacturers by name and contact phone number can be located here.
If an item or part is covered under the Manufacturer’s Policy, and repairs are involved, Mobility Plus can perform these services. However, labor work for repairs is not covered under the Manufacturer’s repair policy unless the Manufacturer chooses to cover this item.
Additional Return Information
Manufacturer Promotional Items and Mobility Plus Gifts
Manufacturers may offer free promotional items with their products. To receive a full refund on a purchase that offers promotional items all items must be returned. The cost of any promotional items not returned will be deducted from the refund total.
Mobility Plus may also offer gifts to valued customers for their continued support as well as for special giveaways. These gifts are not part of any purchase value and therefore do not have to be returned.
Out-of-Stock (Back-Order) Items
If Mobility Plus no longer carries an item that is sent in for replacement, or if that item is simply out of stock, Mobility Plus will issue you a refund. If an item is returned within 30 days of the original invoice date, a full refund will be issued. If the item was returned beyond 30 days of the original invoice date, a store credit refund at the current market value of the product will be issued. A current-market-value refund may not exceed the original invoice price.
Quantity Purchases
While Mobility Plus is more than happy to fill your order for a quantity of ten (10) or more of any given item in our inventory on a single purchase order, please understand that an order of that size, once purchase is completed, is automatically non-refundable. All other specific conditions related to the ordered item still apply, including any and all stipulations relative to any available replacement return policies.
